The short answer
TreeZone Loch Lomond closed on 1 October 2024, when its owner, In Your Element, let the Balloch course go. In Your Element said the course would reopen under a new name and new owners. Go Wild Loch Lomond now runs a tree top course there: its own site gives an address on Ben Lomond Way in Alexandria, the road to Loch Lomond Shores, and lists a Tree Top Challenge, gorge navigation, loch paddling and outdoor skills. Tree top sessions run on Saturdays and Sundays, with group bookings mid-week by appointment. TreeZone or Go Wild
TreeZone Loch Lomond is the name many people still search for, but it no longer trades. Its owner, In Your Element, closed it from 1 October 2024 and put the course and cabin up for sale. In Your Element later said the new owners would reopen the course under a different name and new management, with other activities alongside it. Go Wild Loch Lomond now offers a Tree Top Challenge from an address on Ben Lomond Way, the road to Loch Lomond Shores. If you hold an old TreeZone voucher, it was issued by In Your Element, not by Go Wild, so ask Go Wild whether it is accepted before you travel.
The Tree Top Challenge
The Go Wild site lists a Tree Top Challenge as its main activity and says tree top bookings are open on Saturdays and Sundays. It gives no course description, height limits or session lengths on the page we read, so ask when you book.
Gorge, loch and skills
The same page lists navigating a gorge, paddling across the loch and learning new outdoor skills. These are listed without details, so ask what each involves and who it suits. If you want to paddle on your own, kayak, paddleboard and boat hire on the loch compares the operators.

The site has a Book Now button for online booking. Its booking pages need JavaScript and showed no readable prices to us, so look at the calendar for the day you want and keep the confirmation.

Getting there and parking
Go Wild does not say where to park. Ben Lomond Way is the road to Loch Lomond Shores, whose car park has charged since 28 January 2026. We have no confirmation that Go Wild visitors use it, so ask when you book. To compare it with other car parks, see which car park to choose.

Car-free
Trains run direct from Glasgow to Balloch about twice an hour (ScotRail), and the Bird of Prey Centre on Ben Lomond Way is a 10 minute walk from the train and bus stations, according to the centre.
