Loch Lomond Boat Registration and Navigation Bylaws

It is an offence under the Loch Lomond Registration and Navigations Bylaws for an owner, or any other person lawfully or other wise having the command, charge or management of a power driven boat knowingly, to cause it to be brought on to, kept, let for hire, or used on the loch unless it is registered with the Loch Lomond National Park Authority.

About Power Boat Registration - Loch Lomond

Loch Lomond byelaws require owners of all power-driven boats on Loch Lomond to register their craft. Significant changes to the boat registration process come into effect from 31 January 2011 and 1 April 2011.
