Grand finale to ScottsLand
Royal Concert Hall, Glasgow
A suitably grand finale to ScottsLand - the 200th anniversary celebrations of Sir Walter Scott’s The Lady of the Lake - this evening of music, song and spoken word includes the premiere of a specially-commissioned new work by accordionist Phil Cunningham.
Creatively revisiting the same inspirational landscapes, together with their colourfully turbulent history, that so seminally fired Scott’s imagination, the piece will feature the peerless voices of Karen Matheson and Eddi Reader, among other special guests.

Haggis Hunt Walk
Balmaha Village Shop, Balmaha.
A chance to see if they have 3 legs or more and whether theyre all the same length! Come along for a fun walk and see how many of these little characters you can spot along the route. Collect a form from the Village Shop in Balmaha. Forms available anytime from 10am - 2pm. Correct completed forms will enter a prize draw. Cost: a donation to the charity box. Proceeds will be split between the Loch Lomond Rescue Team and the Loch Lomond Mountain Rescue Team.
No booking is required. The routes follow a forest path that is suitable for pushchairs. Please note that this is not a supervised walk.

Whisky Club at Ealain Gallery, Drymen - Tomatin
7.15pm for 7.30pm start £5 per session
To welcome in 2011, the first guests to the club will be The Tomatin Distillery hosted by Alasdair Much.
Tomatin Distillery, a Highland Malt is located in the Monadhliath Mountains just south of Inverness, being one of the highest distillery’s in Scotland, sitting 315 meters above sea level. To join us on the night, please book early to avoid disappointment.

Wild Goose Trail
Meet at Millennium Hall, Gartocharn
Explore part of Loch Lomond National Nature Reserve and surrounding area (by mini bus) in an attempt to spot and count the four species of geese that visit here in the winter. Please wear warm waterproof clothing.
Session one: 1:30 - 3:00pm Goose finding : Session two: 4.00 - 5.00pm Goose roosts. Return to Millennium Hall: 5:30pm
Refreshments will be available for those staying for the two sessions in the Millennium hall.
