Kilmahog Woollen Mill, Callander

Discover a 250 year old mill from Scotland's textile and industrial heritage, complete with original waterwheel.  Built in 1758, originally a flax mill producing the famous Kilmahog Rug, the site is now an established tourist shop with Harris Tweed, Countrywear, lambswool, Clan Tartan Centre,  arans & cashmere, Highland dress and made-to-measure kilts, trousers and skirts. Coffee shop open daily, serves the BIG BREAKFAST, snacks, hot meals and a variety of refreshments including PURO Fairtrade coffee.
