Situated on the edge of Scotlands first National Park and nestles between Loch Lomond and the Trossachs, expect to receive a warm welcome when you arrive. The B&B is on the A81 Glasgow to Aberfoyle road, 2 miles north of Ballat Crossroads.

We have a large double/family room and a twin room; both with a TV, hair dryer and tea/coffee hospitality tray. Private shower or bathroom which are finished to a high standard.

A decanter of sherry greets all guests on their arrival in their room.

At your pleasure, relax in the comfortably furnished residents lounge with a traditional open fire. The house has central heating throughout.
